Community Fundraiser at Wild Blue Car Wash Raises More Than $950 for Boy Scout Troop 2001

BRANSON, Mo., July 20, 2026 – Wild Blue Car Wash partnered with Boy Scout Troop 2001 on Saturday, July 18, for a community fundraiser at its Branson location that raised more than $950 to support local scouting programs.

During the event, 50% of all car wash sales from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. were donated to Boy Scout Troop 2001. Scouts also raised additional funds by selling beef jerky and providing towel dries and vacuuming services in exchange for donations. Together, the event generated $994.47 to support the troop’s programs and activities.

“Troop 2001 has participated in many fundraisers, and this was by far the best one we’ve had. We want to thank Jeff and the team at Wild Blue Car Wash for supporting our community and Troop 2001,” said Eric Ghoutchens, Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 2001.

The funds raised will help support troop activities, camping trips, leadership development, service projects, and other opportunities that allow Scouts to learn valuable skills while serving their community.

The fundraiser was held at Wild Blue Car Wash, 1305 State Hwy 248 Branson, MO 65616, and is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting local schools, youth organizations, nonprofits, and community groups through fundraising partnerships.
