Wild Blue Car Wash features a 75-foot tunnel with equipment from MacNeil Wash Systems and AVW Equipment Company. The site also includes Vacutech vacuums, Simoniz chemistry, and a Washify point of sale system.
Wild Blue acquired the Branson location in November 2023 after the site faced several operational issues. The wash struggled with poor rinse performance, limited drying power, inefficient pay lanes, and a difficult traffic layout. To improve operations, the team repositioned tunnel equipment to create more drip space, added dryers, and installed high-pressure prep equipment along with new applicators. These upgrades greatly improved wash quality and drying performance.
The team also redesigned the pay lane setup to support true dual-lane processing. In addition, they converted an existing cashier station into a fully functional lane for cash payments and customer account updates. The project also included relocating the kiosk to improve traffic flow and speed throughout the site.
Focused Car Wash Solutions completed the entire project in just two weeks. As a result, the site increased processing by more than 70% while delivering a much smoother customer experience from entry to exit.
