The project sits inside The Meadows, a covenant-controlled community in Castle Rock. Because of this, the approval process took several years of planning and coordination. Owner Chris Zuniga worked closely with the city to bring the project to life. As a result, Meadows Express became the only car wash approved within the development.
Focused Car Wash Solutions completed the installation with a strong focus on quality and performance. The combination of Tommy equipment and Simoniz chemistry delivers a consistent wash experience with impressive results. In addition, customers have access to 24 vacuum stations and two Rhinomat mat washers to help keep vehicle interiors clean.
The second tower of the building also includes two fully digital pet washes with built-in heaters. This added feature gives customers a convenient way to care for both their vehicles and pets in one location.
