Over 50 Years of Combined Car Wash Experience

Focused Car Wash Solutions (FCS) started in 2014 when a car wash operator and chemical supplier decided to join forces and use their expertise to make life easier for fellow operators. Said car wash operator and chemical supplier, Billy Tilloston and Aaron Green, both having decades of experience in the car wash industry, knew they wanted to make their dream of assisting fellow operators a reality. What was initially thought of as a side hustle, FCS has developed astronomically throughout the years.

Billy and Aaron founded Focused Car Wash Solutions while both holding full-time jobs in the car wash industry. From the start, their vision was to build a company that operated differently than any other in the industry, designing solutions from the perspective of operators. Within just two years, Billy and Aaron were able to transition Focused Car Wash Solutions into their primary careers.
Aaron’s journey with Focused Car Wash Solutions is a testament to vision, grit, and passion for doing things differently. When Aaron and Billy founded the company, both were still working full-time in the car wash industry, but Aaron always believed there was a better way—one that truly understood life from the operator’s side of the business. His commitment to this approach helped drive the company forward, and within just two years, Aaron was able to make Focused Car Wash Solutions his full-time career.
Since its founding, the company has celebrated significant milestones and consistent growth:
  • Completed its first tunnel install in 2014
  • Achieved a total of 28 projects to date
    • 18 New builds
    • 10 Renovations
  • Grown from zero employees or infrastructure in January 2017 to a team with:
    • Seven employees
    • Nine vehicles
    • Three trailers
    • Two forklifts
    • Over 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse space
    • Over $200,000 in inventory
  • Developed distributor relationships with leading brands including AVW, Simoniz, Qual Chem, ICS, EuroVac, Petit, Cat Pumps, and more
A distinctive aspect of the Focused Car Wash Solutions culture is the team’s passion for dogs and BBQ. Dogs are part of the daily office routine—with team members bringing their four-legged friends to work—while BBQ events are a regular occurrence, complete with award-winning results in competitions including 1st place at the famous Frisco BBQ Challenge.
It’s not just business for Aaron; it’s about people, partnership, and a fun company culture. He’s helped foster a unique environment where dogs are part of daily office life (his love for four-legged friends is well known), and BBQ isn’t just a pastime—it’s an award-winning passion, with the team taking first place at the Frisco BBQ Challenge.
